Sam Gorham Bio
Dr. Gorham's career in business and higher education encompasses a broad range of disciplines and responsibilities, including career transition coaching, executive coaching and leadership development, and organizational transformation. His passions also include helping others find fulfillment in their job, teaching business courses as a university professor, and increasing organizational productivity through large, complex change initiatives.
His experiences have been honed through leadership roles in the consumer products, healthcare, supply chain management, media and communications, financial services, and music industries. His formal credentials include a Doctorate of Strategic Leadership from Regent University, a Master of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University. Dr. Gorham also attain the coveted Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation.
As a scholar-practitioner and hands-on leader that thrives in a fast-paced environment, Dr. Gorham has been able to apply theoretical knowledge along with practical industry experience to help others gain their potential once their skillsets and desires are explored. Through servant leadership, he has coached and motivated clients to become better than they are today!
